Content (text, photography, plans, graphics) is protected by copyright and remains the property of Terrassement Sanscartier. Viewing is free. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
3. Estimates and offers
Estimates provided to the client are valid for 60 days from issue, unless otherwise stated. They become binding upon written acceptance (signature, dated email or purchase order).
4. Warranty
Paver installation and landscape-design work comes with a 3-year warranty on materials and labor, beginning at completion. The warranty covers:
- Abnormal settlement or shifting of the sub-base
- Defects in materials supplied and installed by us
- Defects in execution
Excluded: (i) damage from inappropriate use (unplanned heavy vehicles, excessive maintenance machinery); (ii) exceptional natural events (tornado, major flooding); (iii) subsequent modifications by a third party; (iv) normal wear and gradual fading.
5. Certifications
Our paver installation work follows ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) standards. We are members of APPQ (Quebec Association of Professional Landscapers). Membership status is renewed annually.
6. Project photographs
Photos published on this site show real projects delivered by Terrassement Sanscartier. Any client may write to us to request removal of a photo that could identify them.
7. Testimonials
Published testimonials come from real clients with their permission. They represent individual opinions and are not a guarantee of outcome — each site is unique and depends on conditions, material choices and schedule.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Longueuil judicial district.
